We are now offering one-hour private visits to Camp Winnie. All proceeds go directly toward the care and feeding of our animals, helping us keep hay in bellies, hooves trimmed, and pastures peaceful. Running a sanctuary is no small task, and your visit makes a big difference.
Visits are available year-round and offer a chance to connect with our animals, hear their stories, and see the heart of what we do.
A few important notes before you come:
Children under 18 are not permitted inside the cattle pasture, but they’re welcome to meet the herd and hand out treats through the fence.
Our cow visits take place in style—aboard our 6-seater side-by-side. It’s the best (and bumpiest) way to tour the pasture and get up close with the herd, all while keeping your shoes relatively poop-free.
As much as we love dogs...
Please leave yours at home. Many of our rescued animals are still learning to trust, and unfamiliar dogs can cause them stress. Plus, we’ve got our own “guardian” dog, Poppy—who technically has the job, but mostly just eats poop and naps through any potential crises.
Cancellation Policy
We totally understand that plans can change. If something comes up, no worries—we’re happy to offer you a credit that never expires, so you can reschedule your visit whenever the time is right. Your support means the world to us, and we can’t wait to welcome you to the farm when you’re able to make it!
